Hello, BP members.

I have a question I hope to get answered.  I am an Newbie to the Columbus, Ohio area.  I want to know Is it O.K. to flip in cold weather?  Or will the property just sit there until warmer weather?  I would think December to March would be a bad time.  Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Gerald

I am a Newbie.  I need help with the contracts, is there somewhere I can purchase contracts online.   Has anyone tried (Law Depot)?

I am an Newbie from Columbus, Ohio. I will be flipping houses in the Columbus area. My question is I'm looking for the best way too finance a real-estate deal. Hard money seems too high with the interest and the points. I have good credit. I have an LLC and have a account where I pay my mortgage. should I get an line of credit from a bank?
