Brandon, no purchasing/investing intent right now. I'm an absolute beginner, so i'll be learning all i can firstly, to see which way i want to go. We do have R/E forums in Oz, and i'll be sure to look into them, but this site simply stands out as a must explore. Thanks.

Apologies in advance for my profile pic. I've just bought a go pro 3 so will be sure to be snapping away happily in HD soon, lol. Thanks for the vid. What strikes me straight away about this site is the positive and relaxed vibe. There appears to be a wealth of info here that i'm hungry for. I'm a total beginner from Australia, but i'm sure many of the strategies/concepts are the much the same. Low finances and poor credit record won't hold me back. Look forward to meeting everyone.
