Hey guys! So I'm looking to get a commercial lease for a small business I have. There are a few things I'd like to negotiate/include in the leasing contract they sent me. I want to make sure I'm protecting myself as a tenant. Who is the professional that I need to get in touch with regarding this? Any recommendations/input is very appreciated.

Dude, I F*cking hate poor mindset people like these "perspective tenants". People like that only have their own interest in mind. If that's how they are negotiating with you now, Imagine once they move in and issues arise within the property. I have my fingers crossed that you DON't DO IT.

Thanks for the input! When using an FHA is there any way of going around the PMI? I've heard if you put a big enough down payment, it could still waive it. I've also heard that you can refinance into a conventional loan later to get rid of the PMI but I'm not sure if that is accurate. Does that sound right?
