Loans for investment properties tend to have higher APRs/APYs. Haven’t heard the thing about not being able to keep the same prop mgmt co.

+1 interested in response to this!!

@Gigi Sanchez thanks! I I'll definitely take your suggestion regarding the multiple inspectors. I appreciate your input.

Ha. +1 meant I agreed with the other poster about the leak in the ceiling. Good luck on pursuing the deal!!

Super cute house. I can see why you see it as a contender. +1 on the ceiling/leak question. Personally, I don’t love busy intersections. Tougher for resale, which I always keep as a consideration. Never know when you might need liquidity. But only you know how busy of an intersection it is. Check comps and prior days on market. Should give you an idea of what to pat and what you’re in for if you have to sell in the future.

@Brian Sigrest Thanks for the rec!  I actually got a quote from them late last night, and was surprised to learn it’s competitive.

What kind of insurance are folks in Florida getting for their STR properties, in particular on the coast. Thinking in particular of Destin, Pensacola Beach area. Thanks in advance for any recommendations you can give, both on the kind of insurance to get AND on insurer info.
