@Sherif Kaissi. If it’s electrical wiring, he just improved your property on HIS dime, and it has to stay upon his vacating the premises. You owe him nothing, and in fact, I wonder if you can’t demand that he provide proof that it was done according to code by a certified electrician, etc.
