Thanks everyone! We will go ahead and ask for federal tax returns as well.

Hi,

We have a retired teacher that wants to rent our unit. Everything checks out great about her - she even wants a 2 year lease, but how do we verify income? She showed us her retirement checks (those alone do not meet 3x rent). And she about to sell her home to downsize. We asked for a HUD statement to see how much proceeds she will get from that sale as well as bank statements.

Anything suggestions on how we handle this prospect?

We recently closed on our first rental property. Someone recommended that we install sprinklers because none of their tenants ever water the lawn, even though yard maintenance is part of their responsibility. Our rental is in an HOA enforced neighborhood. And we live in the Houston area, if that makes any difference.

Thoughts?

Awesome work! Congrats on a job well done.

We wish we could attend, but unfortunately can't make it that day.  Let us know when the next meet up will be!

Has anyone used realaquisition.com for their lists and other services they offer? Just curious as to how they compare to listsource.com, etc.

Thanks for the info!  Based on a few investors I've talked with, you shouldn't expect results until after 6 months of continued marketing.  Some have mentioned DM has not been as successful as initially thought and that bandit signs and door knocking seem to work better.

Keep up the great work!  We'll post how our campaigns we just started go as well once we have a few more months.

I'm interested too in a meet up! I live in the sugar land/missouri city area.
