Keith I completely agree integrity is key over everything. As i learn more about real estate and all it's avenues I see people that are in it to make quick cash and don't care who they screw over in the process. Im reaching for longevity and maintaining good relationships with everyone I meet. And providing accurate rehab costs haha. I hear that's a big complaint about wholesalers among cash buyers. I'm networking with contractors so I can get itemized estimates to make it easy for cash buyers repair wise.

Russell I've heard that if an agent starts an LLC and wholesales under the LLC, that goes around the net listing issue same with paying people to find u leads (I.E. bird dogs, kickbacks etc)

Can you be a wholesaler/real estate investor AND be a real estate agent? I started wholesaling but I'm tempted on getting my license as an agent. Some people say the license can limit me as a wholesaler legally and ethically. Any advice?

Thank you for your insight Will. I'm relatively new at wholesaling in the Arizona market. Anything that helps me be a better wholesaler for my buyers is good learning material. Sorry about your unfortunate experience. There are many in the wholesaling industry that are only in it for the quick profit and dont care about the people around them. If your ever interested in buying in the Arizona area, lets connect.

hello, my name is Gilbert Tirado. So, I'm new to this site, I'm a wholesaler 95% of the time. Am I allowed to post properties here for anyone interested? Also if any investors, fixer flippers, agents, etc want to shoot me their contact info; I'd love to get connected with more people. I'm in Avondale, Arizona; but I get properties across the entire state.
