Hey brother! You can pretty much find all the wholesalers (Good & Bad) in Memphis TN investing Facebook groups or MIG (Memphis Investor Group) which is our local REIA. Give that a shot!

Hey everyone,

I'm a new out of state investor looking to find a rental property to invest in the Memphis area. I'm interested in getting some input from realtors on different neighborhoods/zip codes in B-C class areas surrounding Memphis city and the neighborhoods I should avoid when it comes to rental properties.

Although I'm a new investor I'm looking for long-term contacts that I can collaborate with on a few deals.

I would be more than happy to receive advice from anyone from the area.
