Lol @Anson Youngthat was hilarious. @Brandon Turner does this mean we will be seeing and hearing less from you? Your content is great and I would hate to see you go. I would hope you will still be doing the podcasts and the webinars though. I agree as well that @Ben Leybovich would fit that suit well, he has great content on his newsletter and site, but just as long as we don't have to hear you guys fight about "Waldo" then we're good with that lol.

I have a question for any and every person that is looking at this forum post right now;

"How did you start investing in real estate?"

If you'd like, you can describe it in full detail and I'll be more than glad to read all of it and provide you with feedback. Starting with your first steps to marketing and your first lead on a property from a motivated seller, down to financing, closing, & the steps you took to sell the property.

You can also just simply reply with a short, to-the-point answer and I'll still provide you with feedback as that will satisfy me as well.

Hello everyone!

I was just wondering, has anyone here tried out Bill Vaughn's course and reading materials? For those of youwho aren't quite sure who I am speaking about, the link is as follows; http://www.simple-mans-guide-to-real-estate.com/

The site says that his company is a non-profit organization and that they have an A+ with the better business bureau. Also, I've found several sites that have reviewed it and say that it is great, and the review also says that Bill Vaughn's materials are better than Rich Dad's content and Than Merrill's content. I just wanted some feedback from someone on here who also actually taken up this course, or has spent the $75 and taken the time out to read his material. Thank you guys for looking and for sharing!
