Congratulations on your new purchase. I have been a short term property investor on Hilton Head Island for the past 4 years. I have worked with multiple PM and one that I would recommend is Jim Couture. He managed multiple properties for me and did a great job. Please let me know if you want his contact details.

@Robert Motch I am interesting in short and long term rental properties on Hilton Head Island. I purchased a short term rental property last year in South Forest Beach and considering purchasing another one. Could you share your agents name and the area on the island where you purchase?
