Hello team,

I just closed a deal in Cleveland, OH 44111. I am looking for a good property manager who has experience managing properties for outside country investors.

Thanks

Hello team,

I got some deals from my Real estate agent in Franklinton at the zip code 43222. I am a new investor. I have never been to Ohio. I lived in the DC area but now working overseas. The deals are duplex selling around 350K. I need advice on two things.

1. The area. Is this a good place to invest, particularly regarding crime and vacancy? Do you see some potential in that area. Is this zipcode part of the Sullivant area?

2. Is the price on the high end for this area. it is already an on market deal. How low can I go for an offer?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks to @Ryan Thomson, @Caroline Gerardo, and @Benjamin Sulka much appreciated. will look into it. Great advice!!!

Hello Everyone,

I am about to sell my only house in Maryland. I would like of use the equity to buy a multifamily home in the US. I am wondering whether I could still benefit from a 3 percent downpayment for a loan with a lender if I am planning to live in one of the units of the new multifamily?

Thanks for clarifying.

@Jimmy Lieu thanks for the insights on Columbus Ohio. I started looking into it. Please do not hesitate to send me links for deals in Columbus Ohia.

@Dylan Vargas thanks for he insights. Why do es investing in Jackson and Lansing come with more risks?
