I agree as well! Go for the deals and find buyers....when getting a check they ask "IF the check should be in your name or the business??" Meaning the check can be cut in your name just as easy as if can be written to your company. Once you get a deal and have capitol you can get a website, LLC, banking account etc in one day...but by putting off making deals until you have capitol to get those business things then you may be adding weeks or months to your success. @Michael Webster

Thats a great way to start!  Much success to you and I'll definetly keep you in mind when looking for cabinets @Dale Hensley

I started out wholesaling for that reason I figured If I start at the very begining of the process learning to find and negotiate deals It'd be worth its weight in gold.  Keep up the good work. Thanks for responding @Scott E.

I'm a fairly new wholesaler but I've been blessed to meet some good investors who havent been shy about  sharing their knowledge and tips with me.

I think I find good deals and I"m constantly learning new ways to aquire deals so is there a certain number of deals I should do before I consider keeping some of these deals for myself?

I would love to hear some good and bad stories from others who started out wholesaling but quickly made that jump.

Thanks

Hi!

I've been getting calls from some motivated sellers but their situations are about the same.  They need to sell, owe too much, house was too outdated to sell when listed with a Realtor.  Owner cant afford to upgrade the home to get what she needs to break even on the price and mortgage.  I'm not in a position to do anything creative really I'd much rather pass it on to a Realtor or someone that can help her.  She stated that she only wants to sell....no owner financing or anything else...only wants to break even and move on.

What options can I give the seller?
