Does anyone recommend Zillow Rental Manager? Today 1/12/21, I will be closing on my first rental property. I just discovered Zillow rental manager. I was wondering if anyone uses it or recommends it. Also, if anyone has any other recommendations like Cozy, I would greatly appreciate any input. This is my first rental property and I hope to have many more. At this time, I would like to know of the least expensive option for managing a single property. I am interested in something to help with, credit checks, background checks, lease agreements, rent payments and other things of that sort. The house should rent for a little over $1500 per month. That should be around $300 per month cash flow.

@Nate Ginsberg The Greenville market is strong. The Greenville and the surrounding areas are all still growing. It’s also a great place to live.
