How did you figure it out on your own and what did you use for forms?

While researching property management franchises and licenses I came across Rent Like a Pro. They offer a program via videos and forms. It's not very expensive but before I spend $478 I would check to see if anyone has work with them.

Does anyone have a detailed lease, good in the state of Minnesota, that they would be willing to share? Thanks in advance

Thanks everyone for all the great answers. Do you guys traditionally look for a basic P&L for paperwork or does it go beyond that? Aaron, what management software do you use? Thanks again, Greg

I'm a mixed use commercial property owner and I also own a 4-plex in MN. I am interested in starting a property management company and I was wondering what you look for in a good property manager? In MN you have to have your real estate license and I do.
I would very much like to hear your thoughts and advice. When I listen to the podcasts I hear guest complain about bad property managers and I don't want to be that guy.

Does anyone know what the process is in MN to sell a non paying tenant in self storage facility? My understanding is you need to serve them notice 15 days after payment is due but not sure where I go from there. Thanks for the help in advance!
