Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Goffstown.
Purchase price: $375,000
Cash invested: $35,000
Purchased a small multi-family property with $200/mo. in pure cash flow with a 5% CoC ROI at purchase. This property came with a double lot that I will subdivide and build another small multi-family property on. After the 2nd property is stabilized, this should be a great deal!
