 Hello Brandon,

I understand your point but wholesaling is opportunity to invest within the real estate industry. There is a strong population of "ACTUAL" investors whom dedicate time and efforts to the wholesaling process. If done right, it is a good income stream while an investor is in-between deals, rehab project, or waiting for the next buyer.

On that note, I would like you to take the time to consider this letter, though also realize one thing -- YOU have to be the most motivated one in this transaction or it'll most likely not work out for any of us. This letter has some really good content but try to keep it short, simple, and personalize it a little bit.

Hello Ilya,

How is everything going? I will say out of state investing is very tricky but if you have a good contact in the particular state then you are set to move forward. In my opinion, the best markets currently are FL, TX, IL.
