Hi Fellos, 

I live in central Canada where real estate market unlike east (Toronto) and west (Vancouver), very steady market. City with population of about $300K. 

I am looking into my very first rental property.

Description of property: Bi-level 1091 sq.ft detached house with both main floor and basement 100% done. 

Main Floor: 3 Bed + 1 bonus room in basement + 2 Bathroom + Kitchen

Basement: 2 Bed + 1 Bathroom + Kitchen

Would like guidance, should proceed for deal ? how to finance it as I also own a Condo with mortgage on it ?
