I currently own/manage 9 single family buy and hold rentals. They are all managed by me with the use of excel spreadsheets.  I would like to grow my management business and know that a good PM software would be vital in doing so. My questions is, what is a good software to use for the amount of rentals I currently have and could also be used to grow my management portfolio??  Thanks in advance!

I'm looking into a 30 unit apartment complex listed at $1,700,000.  I've dealt mainly with single family homes for the past few years, so this would be something fairly new to me.  I would like some input on getting financed for this type of deal from bigger pockets members before I start contacting different people who I know in the industry. 

 I'm not sure if I can even pursue this type of deal, so any help and/or info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys, I was recently asked to manage a clients single family rental home. I'm intrigued at the idea of gaining more experience and extra income. Hey guys, I'm new to the site and fairly new to investing. I currently have one buy and hold rental and my first flip property hits the market this weekend.
