Hi Dear Community,
I'm looking for any recommendations and number of professional contractors with exp in Fix&Flip in Cleveland Ohio. That knows and work in the areas of University Ht, Euclid, South Euclid, Maple Ht, Garfield Ht.

Are you wanting to flip to homeowners or investors for rentals? Also why would you limit your areas, ALL of Cleveland is good to do flips/ rentals . You need contractors as well.
BTW being that you are cash, the last thing you need is a realtor.
I would be thankful to expand those topics with and to hear from your experience. How I can reach you?
