I'm looking for any recommendations and number of professional contractors with exp in Fix&Flip in Cleveland Ohio. That knows and work in the areas of University Ht, Euclid, South Euclid, Maple Ht, Garfield Ht.

A good contractor is worth their weight in gold. Your best bet is to get your property manager lined up. Many will make suggestions of their good contractors if you're going to use their services.

Otherwise, @Alex Henry  is a reasonable contractor.
