i use a reputable turnkey company in Indy and Charlotte. Over 3 years i've purchase 8 SFH's with good, consistent cashflow. They have over 1500 homes under management. Pm me if you'd like more info

As stated above, when you make a statement that you have money to spend, the sharks will come out. Do your due diligence! I invest with turnkey rentals in Indy and Charlotte and now have 8 SFH's with a reputable company.

@Lindsey Russell - I am a customer of a Turnkey Company in Indianapolis and have 7 properties there. The company has 1500 homes under management, their own construction company, property management company and brokerage. Across those seven i own, last year i had a 7.2% return. Check out my website for more info or questions.
