Great Post Julie. Did you ever consider Stewardship Properties (http://stewardshipproperties.com)? They are active in Eugene, OR and Dallas, TX, but really specialize in KC. Great professional service and very ethical. They know their markets extremely well. Have some really fine programs. All the best.
