Hello Everyone in Southern California!!!

BiggerPockets Club L.A is getting ready to launch its first local chapter in Mid March on a Saturday perhaps on the 17th of the month but what i do need from everyone in and around los angeles is to get in contact with me so i can arrange on the location based on everyone's location in and around Southern California.

I will do my best to get everyone centralize to make this meeting a success.

Does anyone know what type of company is in charge of gas metering triplexes? I am looking to meter each unit so that the tenants pay for the gas themself and would like more information about who handles this type of services.

City where the proper is located is Logansport, IN.

I am still waiting for the other two respond and havent heard back yet, but looking forward to doing a meeting.

If that works for you then i think you should move forward with it. We all have our own criteria on how we pick our companies, good luck and much success to you.

It does not need to be named after your initials it could be any name or combination or words that will work. Not everyone names there company after themselfs, i would stay away from it.

Should you ever get into a pickle, everyone will know who the owner is may come after you. Its just an extra layer of protection. A corporation when manage property will shield you from liability. Manage improperly, you will have a lawyer pierce the corporate veil and make you liable for your actions.

I know it may be hard but a corporation will be an extension of you. Take your time you will find something you beleive in and you will have a name that you will enjoy for many years to come.
