Post: Strategies if you have Cash to Close

So between me and a business partner, we are about to be cashed up a few hundred grand. I have experience with wholesaling (years ago) and understand real estate to a degree. Having been out of the game for a couple years (scared and confused) I need to brush up on some up to date strategy.

I see a lot of people here discussing A to B and B to C closings, transactional funding, etc....

What if I have the cash to close? Would you still focus on finding cash buyers and selling the properties quick for a small mark up? Do you think the REO brokers will take me more seriously now? Who out there is flipping REO's with their own money? Any input is appreciated, even if you just make fun of me.

You got it Diane. Although from what I have read, JFK was trying to make some serious moves. Apparently he was considering some other monetary system that was not based on debt.

Andrew Jackson was awesome. He said: “You are a den of thieves-vipers,†Jackson told them. “I intend to rout you out, and by the Eternal God, I will rout you out!â€

Lincoln printed Greenbacks and had the same outcome as JFK.

And of course, Woodrow Wilson in 1913 passed the Federal Reserve Act. Since then JFK was the only president I have heard of that even considered changing our monetary system.

Automobile manufacturer Henry Ford said:

“If the people of the nation understood our banking and monetary system, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.â€

Folks taking the walk of shame typically don't act pissed about it. They generally hold their heads down, don't make eye contact, shuffle home as fast a possible and hope no one notices they're missing a shoe.

There should be no shame in holding the elected officials feet to the fire, and demanding they live up to their promises.

Its We the People who have somewhere along the way just decided its okay if the politicians lie to us and do the opposite of what they promise.

Theres a reason why you vote for the lesser of two evils. Both sides of the evil are funded by the same evil sources. Just check the largest campaign contributions on both sides of any major election.

The game is rigged by that old money regardless. Trying to get a genuine person through major primaries is very difficult when their competitor has that money and the media behind them.

Yeah, Barry didn't stop the torture. Didn't repeal the patriot act, etc... etc...

I don't know why Dem's aren't pissed off about his broken promises.

I fooled around with a few auto posters. They are constantly having a back and forth battle with CL admins implementing security measures that can be quite annoying. Eventually I would end up with banned accounts, or even worse a "ghosted" account where I thought I was posting but it wasn't really going on the site.

It is cheaper than installing a bidet.

But it is sad that people are getting so fat that they cant wipe themselves.

I am not sure about the likelihood of you getting busted by your lender, or that they would even do anything if they knew.

However you definitely will want to notify your insurance agent about that change.
