I'm going to investigate to see if they will lend on a four unit! 

I'll be graduating college in August and I'd like to get started investing with a four unit!

I've been looking for portfolio lenders who will loan on residential (or even commercial) based on the credit of the investors and the strength of the deal!

So how did you qualify 100% loan for the 4 unit prior to starting your job? I was under the impression that one would need 2 years w-2 to get approved for a loan?!
