My mother only paid 12K for her house and it’s worth about 120k now but I cannot find anything for sale at a low price like that. What should I do? Where should I look? I’m looking for property in the Philadelphia area.
I want to know if by starting and using an LLC or Corp would I be able to bypass my age troubles.
I turn 18 in about 3 months but I’ve been very anxious to start renting properties as a main source of income.

Wanted to know a good place to look. My mother is a realtor so she has access to TREND but I’d like to look on my own time.
I’m currently 17 looking into buying my first property and renting it soon. I’m okay with waiting till I’m 18 but I’d like to know if there was anyway that I could do real estate before then, like maybe if I did everything through a LLC. I’ve searched this on google and I could not find any official answers so I came here in hope of insight. I’m in the market for homes in Philadelphia, PA if that makes a difference.

I’m 17 and I’m looking to buy a full rental property portfolio as soon as I’m 18. This would be my first attempt at rental property investing and I found a very good deal for campus housing. My only concern is it’ll cost about 4.1 million. I wanted some advice on whether or not it was to much for my first move into the real estate world. Keep in mind if it works the way I plan it it I will make 1.6 million per year before expenses.
