Can I bypass my age
I’m currently 17 looking into buying my first property and renting it soon. I’m okay with waiting till I’m 18 but I’d like to know if there was anyway that I could do real estate before then, like maybe if I did everything through a LLC. I’ve searched this on google and I could not find any official answers so I came here in hope of insight. I’m in the market for homes in Philadelphia, PA if that makes a difference.

Perhaps you can partner with someone who is older. My daughter had an ownership share in a property held in an LLC when she was 16.
