So, foreclosure auctions are normally listed in your local paper in the public notices section. If you google "virginia public notices" or "virginia trustee sales" or something similar, you will find links to various news aggregators that will allow you to select for your region.

Also, Virginia does not offer tax liens. Tax deeds only, to my knowledge.

Hi Bigger Pockets!

I'm a practicing attorney in Northern Virginia with an interest in real estate. I'm also in the process of obtaining my real estate license for use in my own personal investments.
