We are looking for someone who enjoys answering the phone and talking to motivated sellers.  Our company is expanding into multiple markets and we want someone who has the time to answer some incoming phone calls.  

You can use your existing cell phone where we will forward calls (your number will not be given out - buy you will know what type of seller lead call you are answering) Your calls will be recorded (where allowed) and our VA will review the calls and enter caller information for you, you just need to fill our a simple web-form to let us know you took or returned a call, and if it's a super-motivated seller. We will handle the rest.

Compensation:

  • You will be set up with an Upwork account for paying you
  • $2 for dead end leads
  • $4 for leads that sound promising.
  • $200 minimum (and up to 10%) for closed deals
  • We hope to get 100+ calls per month, and close 2 deals after the first month.

Take up @Anson Young on his offer to go to coffee, he does a lot of business, and has a great perspective.

We are in Denver but just bought our first Westminster property. From my limited research, it seems like focusing on areas near the proposed "light rail" might be a good use of time. Let me know if I can help in any way.

@Todd Shampoe, we did hire a mentor for our first project (his fee was about 7k, as I recall). He helped us find, finance, create a SOW, hire a contractor, get the property rented (on a lease option), and set us up with a great "flat fee" realtor for when we sold (who we have used on many, many deals since then).

I agree with @Jean Bolger, it really depends on how big of a deal 12.5k is to you. For us it was totally worth it. Through his program,we created tons of relationships, made money on our first deal, got systems, and most of all confidence to move on to building a successful business.
