I have a nice flip, in the Atlanta GA market. The comps seem to survive the price. Definitely for a first time buyer or starter hone. Can't see why my buyer bailed, I have had a ton of showings but no current offers. Had an open house yesterday, alot of people with bad credit showed up. They definitely were able to give me alot of constructive criticism on the rehab. Not alot of room to add more improvements though. any suggestions.
