Hi , BP members, got a question. I have an overseas investor I am working with, who is looking to achieve RE financing for flips and buy and holds. He has a Registered LLC in US and has been doing business here for a while. He is looking for help financing purchases and repairs here. Any advice on this and how he can go about it? Will he qualify for Hard Money or Seller financing options? Need help getting some answers.

Hey I am trying to setup a meeting with that lady now, she doesn't have a local number or anything ( only email)  so I am going to try to visit her at the hotel and I will let u know.
