Jim Townsend at Townsend Realty is my realtor and pm. He is amazing!

@William Dubinsky I did similar (8 months). Good to know others are doing similar things so I don't feel quite so "off" on my application. Good luck'

@William Dubinsky I'm same as you and I put $0 for cost of goods and put in my anticipated loss of rents and estimated how many months.

@lyle cooper

@Lyle Cooper I'm not sure but I think anticipated loss.  How did you decide to do the EIDL instead of the PPP loan? Just curious.

@Jeffrey Allen

Thanks Jeffrey for posting this.  Can we apply to any bank?? I was going to apply at my homebank in my hometown but they aren't up and running yet.  Can I just apply at Bank Of America?

Post: pros and cons of combining all my loans

Dear members,

I need your advice. First, is it possible to combine my loans into one?  I have 3 Sf's with the highest interest rate at 6%.  I'd like to save on closing costs by refinancing into one big loan. Is this possible? A blanket loan (is this what it is called?)

And if possible, what are the pros and cons of this?  Does it rob me of the ability to pay off a smaller loan for one house and then cash flow that house or does this somehow even out when I combine the loans?

Also, I have a paid in cash SF that I want to cash out refi and would like to combine that with the other 3 loans but guessing that might be asking too much.

thoughts???

@Jaysen Medhurst thank you Jaysen.  Will look into the option of selling the Sf's to roll into Mf's. Thanks for your thoughts!!

Bumping hoping for more opinions PLEASE!!!!  Trying to figure out how to stretch our cash to get the most doors until it runs out!
