All, I hope you are doing well. I am interested in getting help in filing evictions. I generally have my evictions done by my attorney, but she charges me 500 each one. I am in the process of “upgrading” my tenants, however don’t want to use someone that charges 500 a pop. Maybe this is a good deal, never really price shopped. Maybe it’s because I know that the eviction process in Indy is not hard, I am also an attorney, but I don’t have time to do them myself !! Any ideas are appreciated it. Thank you Hector M

All, I hope you are doing well. I am interested in connecting with other investors in indianapolis. I have 9 sfrs that cost between 25k to 60k I have them all rented and doing well. I am looking to scale up another 5 to 10 in the next 6 months. I generally by on contract. Also looking to see if I can start adding some duplexes.
