I haven’t had any luck looking for a contractor to do work on a vacancy. I use to have one contractor that use to do work for me and then disappeared. Made a few phone calls to some local construction companies , no one returns my phone call. I’m an out of town investor and it seems like no one wants to work. Now I see myself trying to come in and do the work myself, any suggestions or advice that anyone can share ?
