Hi, Wondering if anyone has investment vacation rentals (condo/SFH) in St. Petersburg area or Ft. Myers?Cape Coral??? Viewing properties next weekend. How is the rental market? I've noticed most associations require 30+ days rental period. Is this a problem during slower months? Any advice is appreciated!

Correct. I guess I'm more or less looking at the "pros". Being able to view properties, access to MLS & full commission. BUT, with her experience...am not sure if its worth it?!?!

Hi All,  looking for some advice....I have a current WI real estate license. My husband & I have been using a local realtor for the past 5 years.  She has given us great service on the buying & selling side of things. We also have a referral deal worked out and she gives me a certain percentage because I have my real estate license. I hate to ruin a good thing...but it is cutting into our profits when we sell.  Should I park my license at a brokerage? OR maybe just sell - for sale by owner. I hate to do that, since she has work super hard for the initial deal! Thoughts?

Looking for a website that I can run a credit/background check on our in applicants. Applicant has filled our application and signed the consent to perform credit check. I do not want to bother them by filling out another form online.  I will be picking up the credit check fee.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Any recommendations for a site where "I" can enter the information given by the tenant without bothering them with info. they already filled out?
