I start reading books about real estate I was very interested but there is a lot you have to do to become a agent so I came across a guy name "Sean terry" and he mention start with wholesaling it's easier, no to little money down etc.. I'm willing to put in the work, so I decide to give it try. My term goals are is to become a investor flipping houses and owning them as well
