Hey Henry I'm considering the system for East Texas commercial properties. Let me know if you're still interested in splitting.

What kind of system is this?

It's SEO for your website so you rank high when sellers search for a particular set of terms. But SEO is a never ending process and this individual wants to charge over $20K for a one time program he recorded.

Hi Bryan. I am not interested in paying him $20K+ for SEO services.

I would love to split the cost with someone who will not be targeting my area of St Petersburg, Florida. Please reach out if interested.

Post: Is Miami wholesaling an oligopoly?

Hi everyone

I am not new to Miami real estate (I am a buy & hold investor that stocked up in '09 after the crash), but I am new to Miami wholesaling and it seems wholesalers mainly concentrate in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, St Petersburg, etc. I understand end buyers typically prefer lower acquisition prices, but it also seems that Miami wholesaling is dominated by a few local players. Can you seasoned veterans PLEASE provide any insight (even anecdotal)?

Thank you so much and have a wonderful weekend.
