Is Miami wholesaling an oligopoly?

Henry Gonzalez
Posted

Hi everyone

I am not new to Miami real estate (I am a buy & hold investor that stocked up in '09 after the crash), but I am new to Miami wholesaling and it seems wholesalers mainly concentrate in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, St Petersburg, etc. I understand end buyers typically prefer lower acquisition prices, but it also seems that Miami wholesaling is dominated by a few local players. Can you seasoned veterans PLEASE provide any insight (even anecdotal)?

Thank you so much and have a wonderful weekend.

Tons of wholesalers here in South Florida, some are also in other markets throughout Florida as well. I don't and wouldn't depend on wholesalers to find deals
