lucas thank you for the welcome. I am willing to partner on deals as well. I can honestly for now provide my help and services on any deals you may have, as i mentioned I recently started the business and invested to get it to where it is now. Could you fill me in on your lending terms. Not very aware on how private or hard money lending works down here. Every one seems to have an indepentdent opinion when it comes to that.

Hello to all in BP my name is Henry. My wife Laura and I started a general contracting business in South Florida in september of 2015. I possess many years of experience in home remodeling and have always been very interested in the real estate business. The idea behind our business was to get deeper involved in the real estate business and eventually raise the capital to do our own flips and rentals. My wife is currently a realtor with Coldwell Banker. We have over time taken the steps we have been able to take to reach that goal. We now have two small children and are working hard towards that goal. We would love to find investors or lenders willing to work with us. Have a great day to all.
