Does anyone know if you can list a property on the mls as a wholesaler, I have heard of people listing wholesale properties stating seller is not yet owner of property, and as long as they have intentions of taking it down it was legal, it could be a state by state decision, I could use some feed back I am in ohio and thank you.

Has anyone ever tried to do a surplus funds recovery from your county were you retrieved funds that was overpaid from a person losing there house to a tax sale and were you successful?
