Does anyone know if you can list a property on the mls as a wholesaler, I have heard of people listing wholesale properties stating seller is not yet owner of property, and as long as they have intentions of taking it down it was legal, it could be a state by state decision, I could use some feed back I am in ohio and thank you.

Likely depends on the local MLS rules. Our MLS here requires a listing agreement with the actual owner of the property, so it is not possible here.
