 I will. I got blank signs this time and after I put those up I'm going to order the ready made signs to see which ones work better. I wouldn't be surprised they get the same amount and just attract different kinds of people.

Sometimes I'm tied up from doing other work so I got PatLive to help when I can't answer. I'm hoping in a couple days to have a VA help with some cold calling too. My goal is to get the I got to many leads problem. Which would be easy to have too many for me cause I have no idea what I'm doing. One deal will take a while the first few tries. lol.

But seriously Thank you to everyone for the input. This helps me a lot. And I will update my results as I can.

Thank you @Account Closed Thank you for replying. I might go ahead and do some places in Johnson county just cause they keep them up. I heard Cary is real strict. I won't go there. I'm just getting started and wanted a few different marketing methods to gauge what works better in the area. I don't mind the people upside down right now. I just want opportunities to speak to sellers? 

I want to add bandit signs to my marketing and was wondering is there any fines or laws for having bandit signs up in the Raleigh/Durham area? Any advice or info would be greatly appreciate it. Thanks
