I'm considering buying tax deeds from state on vacant houses in Jefferson county Alabama.

What would be process after buying the deeds from the state to quite the title? I guess adverse possess and wait for 3 years. 

I'll appreciate recommended step by step actions to take till quite title. I understand its best to hire attorney at that stage.
