Hi everyone,

Thank you in advance for some advice.  Last week I had a duplex in Iowa destroyed by fire.  Fortunately no one was hurt, but everything was lost.  It does not have replacement coverage.  Would you recommend hiring an independent adjuster to work with the insurance company?

CFA sent me a brochure.

Hi,

I'm looking for management for 4 doors in Marion. Two currently have tenants.

Would appreciate referrals.

Thanks

Hi, I own some older homes in the midwest that are rentals and I would like to improve their basements. Is this a good idea? Has anyone had experience with that type of improvement and how was the ROI?

Thanks appreciate your responses.

Holly

Thank you everyone for responding.

Thank you for your responses.  I will look at the links you provided.

I’ve had rentals for over 15 years and haven’t run into this issue before.  We are asking for proper documents for the emotional support animals.

Hi everyone,

I live in Oregon and we are required to rent to tenants with service animals even if we have a no pet policy.  Is anyone else dealing with this legality?

thanks
