Good question Josh, sorry for the vague post. I am looking for a couple of things, 1) a couple of general RE blogs 2) specific ones in NY, Seattle, San Diego, San Francisco, Boston, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas and Chicago.

Thanks.

Does anyone know what are the most popular RE blogs? Even the blogs that they read that are worthwhile and written by people who know what they are talking about?

There are so many of them out there it seems to get a little overwhelming.

Thanks!

I use godaddy.com but be careful. Once you are a customer, they kill you with spam. It is really annoying...

to ibuyhomes,

i have to ask how many leads you generate from your site? especially w the hidden words at the bottom trying to trick every web search out there and drive needless (and annoyed traffic) to your site.

this type of site is ruining the google metacrawlers and confusing people w targeted searches.

let me know if i am missing something.

I would suggest that you spend some money upfront and get a quality website built. It doesnt pay to try to go thru one of the sites if you arent 100% satisfied w the end product.

Remember, there are so many sites out there that you want people to remember yours and like to use it (DONT PUT A LOT OF ADS ON IT!). From experience, map out the pages that you will need then take them to a couple of web design firms, at that point you will get a good idea of what it will cost, additionally, they will build you an admin site where you can add/delete homes, track your page views and understand who is hitting your site. It really is worth it to spend the money upfront.

Just my $.02.

You can post it on my site at www.HomeAdmirer.com. It is always free to put a home on the site and we are driving traffic on a daily basis!

I get that all the time and feel uncomfortable. Its a saying that never ask a woman her age but this should go for both sexes. It discourage me alittle and feel that the person is not going take me serious because of my age or how young I look or even try to play me thinking Im young and stupid! Trust me most of the time they don't take me serious. I didnt know you had to be a certain age to get respect. I thought its what you do and how you do it.

Another thing how about where you live which is something they also ask me. When I do tell them they give me a look like im a hood rat or poor. I live in a what people might say a low income family neighborhood. That shouldnt dictate who I am.

I guess its something that people live with everyday. Anyone deals with this type of stuff and can tell me how to deal with it?

I know what you are saying. I have created a website and my wife is often speaking to people about the site. She is 28 but looks younger. People often ask her how old she is and what type of experience she has. It is pretty funny actully.
