That is right guys. I buy my tax lien at the auction in RI and NJ. It is not easy, there a lot of competition. SOme people actually leave empty handed :( although it has not happened to me. I just could not invest as much as I wanted.
I'm looking into online auction, and would love to talk to you Sharisse about your experience.

Hi Sharisse,
My experience is buying tax liens and selling the few properties when I have to foreclose.
I have not work with Matt. I just learned about him from another forum where he posted and offered his services. I thought he could be good contact since he is in the area. I requested him to be my colleague, but have not heard from him yet.

Hi Shera,
Thank you for sharing your experience with PIPWest with us!
It seems to me that you bought 5 tax liens from them the secondary market. Are you in the process of foreclosing in any property?
I think the minimum investment amount in the secondary market is $ 50,000 and no $ 5,000, right?
For the other type of investment there is a set up fee of 8%? Does that add to 11% for the first time? Is the 3% every six months a management fee? Is the 3% from the original amount invested?
Thank you again for sharing!
Vania

Hi Jerry!
Are you familiar with he process in the event a lien one bought has an IRS lien against it?
I'm curious at this situation as I know all the other liens are wiped out if you foreclose, but no the ones from IRS or bankruptcy. Please explain if you have any knowledge about these particular situations.
Thank you!

Thank you Brandon!
Yes, Ned is in the Baltimore area. Ankit is another tax lien guy and he has a lot of experience in NJ, which is one of my areas of interest. He has been very kind to answer some questions that I have had about the subject and who knows, we might join in some venture someday in the near future!
