When and where is Nashville REIN meetings?

Can anyone around Nashville recommend a local architect for a house plan? The last house I built bought a plan online and later wished if got it locally maybe easier to make changes and help while building. 

Metro Office Building at 800 Second Avenue South, speak to a zoning examiner for all questions. I recommend speaking to Richard, but the others will work to but have gotten wrong info before. 

So, you are getting surveys done before you close on a lot?

I would come if the date and time works.

FHA will not process loan application if day on Purchase Agreement is not past 90 days you bought it. Also, bank might want receipts and contracts from the flip expenses. Besides that in my area, there is no problem with getting buyers loans for houses around 90K at all.
