Thanks for the advise (and profile critique) everyone. I'll be sure to check out the COREE meetings. @Darrin Carey do you attend? I've looked into them in the past but wasn't sure what to expect. 

I'm fully committed to transitioning out of my W2 job and becoming a full time real estate investor within 3 years. I'm looking for an experienced investor to help me get my career started on the right foot. Will commit whatever I can to make this a win-win situation for both parties.
