Weve got a treat this week. Walking properties is always hit or miss for me and used to freak me out a time because I didn't know what I was looking for. I have asked a home inspector to come give a presentation on show stoppers when walking a property. 

He may pitch his company at the end, just an FYI.

I agree w/ @David Pere. Since you're so young, I'd max it out. I'm 30, and max out all my Roths as much as I can since I was 26.

If it makes you feel any better @Scott Trench the CEO of Bigger Pockets maxes his Roth.

It depends on your goals, your money is your money blah blah blah. But I'm w/ scott. Taxes will likely be higher when were older. To quote my financial advisor, "Would a farmer rather be taxed on the seeds, or the crop after it's grown?"

I will not be at this weeks event, BUT There will be an event none the less. It will be at Bellacino's Pizza at 1600 on Sunday 17th, Jan 2021.

HAPPY 2021 Y'all!!!!!!

After Feedback from everyone for an Awesome 2020, we're going to modify the pints and properties.
They will be reoccurring on the 1st Sat, and 3rd Sunday of every month. This means folks can pick Sat or Sunday can still come.

And, since we've grown so much a teeny tiny bit of Structure is being added so we can all get more value and not just be 100% social hour:

1) Introductions, Who we each are. What kind of goals we have/what kind of investor we are. How we can provide value to eachother. What we're each looking for.

2) 1 short 15min continuing education presentation from someone. It could be diving into someones deal, it could be best lenders in town, Could be Types of renovations we've done or materials they used. W/e the presenter wants. I'll be taking this first week and doing an in dept. analyzation of number of this crack house! 

3rd) What is an action plan you will take, and would like to be held accountable to within the next 2 weeks before we meet next.

We are going to be moving the date for Pints and Properties for this event since its right between Christmas and New years! It will be 1 day before on Saturday.

It will still be at 4x4 Brewing, I'm reserving tables right now, the new Date/time is as follows:

Saturday Dec 26th, 1600-1800.
