@Dan Jurkovic Airbnb is legal in Jersey City for owner occupied duplex or triplex. It will will give you positive cash flow even at the crazy house price now. It is so common in here. Many regular agent here can help You.

I have been running Airbnb rental in Jersey City for a few years. It have been good for me. But from this year, there is new ordinance in JC.  I can’t expand the short term rental there anymore. I just become a biggerpocket fan and try to makeup mind if the MF long term rental investment in NJ is good for me.

Interested in local meet up in North Jersey. Someone mentionEd that there is a regular meetup in Bergen County. Anyone have information about the next one?
